Guest Housing

Seminary housing is intended to support the ministry efforts of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Therefore, facilities are provided first for resident students and their families, faculty, and staff.

For family/guests of faculty, staff, and students, Southern Baptist Convention officials, Southern Baptist Convention pastors not on seminary business, or guests attending a GGBTS sponsored event, rates are as follows:

Studio

• $70 (1-2 people)

One Bedroom

• $80 (1-2 people)
• $100 (3-4 people)
• $120 (5-6 people)

For guests who are attending a conference on this campus sponsored by someone other than GGBTS (such as a church retreat), rates are as follows:

• $90 (1-2 people)

One Bedroom

• $120 (1-2 people)
• $140 (3-4 people)
• $160 (5-6 people)

For these guests, reservations:

• Cannot be made more than four weeks in advance of the planned stay
• Cannot exceed more than seven days
• Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date must be provided at the time of reservation. (If a guest wishes to pay by means other than the credit card provided at the time of reservation, such payments must be made no later than check-in at the start of their stay.)

Guest housing obligations will not be charged to student or employee accounts.
